Boulder Gynecology Website

Pivot launched a new website to help promote Boulder Gynecology and Minimally Invasive Surgery, a gynecology office dedicated to putting patients at ease and providing the most current and complete information in women’s health care. The new web design is user-friendly and easy to update, and better suits Dr. Lisa Lepine and her practice’s needs.

Heads Up – Sidewalk Decals

Pivot worked with the city of Boulder on the crosswalk safety campaign, “Heads Up: Mind the Crosswalk.” To increase awareness of the city’s new crosswalk ordinances, Pivot created sidewalk decals that were placed at crosswalks throughout the city, particularly near schools.

Heads Up – Bus Boards

Pivot created bus boards promoting Boulder’s crosswalk safety campaign, “Heads Up: Mind the Crosswalk.” The bus boards are designed to increase awareness about the city’s three new crosswalk ordinances and encourage everyone to practice crosswalk safety.

Heads Up – Mascot, Kids T-Shirts, Poster, etc…

To help promote Boulder’s crosswalk safety campaign, “Heads Up: Mind the Crosswalk,” Pivot created a kid-friendly mascot named CW. The mascot visited local elementary schools and handed out kids t-shirts and posters encouraging crosswalk safety.

To help kids be more aware of crosswalk safety and Boulder’s new crosswalk ordinances, Pivot created student handouts, including bookmarks, stickers and buttons. These handouts were part of the city’s crosswalk safety campaign, “Heads Up: Mind the Crosswalk.”

WBM – E-Newsletters

Pivot worked with GO Boulder and Community Cycle’s to promote the city’s Walk & Bike Month. Pivot created and distributed e-Newsletters to residents through Boulder informing them of Walk & Bike Month and encouraging participation.

WBM – Newspaper Ads

To promote Bike to Work Day, Pivot created Newspaper Ads providing details about the even and encouraging Boulder residents to register. Bike to Work Day is a part of Walk & Bike Month, organized by GO Boulder and Community Cycles.

WBM – Poster & Utility BIll Insert

Pivot created posters and utility bill inserts encouraging Boulder residents to participate in GO Boulder and Community Cycles’ Walk & Bike Month. The posters and inserts provided details about Walk & Bike Month events as well registration information.

WBM – T-Shirts

Pivot worked with GO Boulder and Community Cycles to promote Walk & Bike Month and Bike to Work Day. Pivot created colorful, illustrative t-shirts to catch people’s attention and raise awareness about the events.

WBM – Logo Design

Pivot created a colorful, retro logo for Boulder’s Walk & Bike Month, an annual event organized by GO Boulder and Community Cycles.

Brio Enterprise – Branding & Logo Design

Pivot partnered with Dana Dupuis, principal of a new consulting company, to come up with branding for her company. The process included selecting and finalizing a name and logo design. This logo design was chosen out of several design options and finalized for use on all Brio Enterprise materials.

Mirasol Website

Pivot completed a website for Loveland-based Mirasol Senior Living Community. The website includes a custom design with an easy-to-update content management system, allowing Mirasol to highlight the affordable housing options available for seniors 55 and older.

AltaVita Website

We designed created a website for memory care community AltaVita, specifically for seniors. Located in Longmont, Colo., AltaVita provides high quality housing for individuals with memory-related illnesses such as Alzheimer’s and will eventually expand its MemoryCare Centre into a complete senior living community.

Le Peep Website

It’s breakfast time! Pivot worked with breakfast spots Le Peep Boulder and Le Peep Longmont to create an eye-catching and dynamic website. The site showcases the restaurants’ dedication to fresh ingredients, an inviting atmosphere and flavorful fare, combining classic dishes and innovative offerings. TimeView Website

Why wait? TimeView is an new technology that allows you to add your name to a waitlist remotely. TimeView wanted to make a big splash with the debut of its mobile software. Pivot worked with them to create this feature-rich website, including custom design, application integration, and video demos to highlight the software’s features.

South Shore Dentistry Flyer

Pivot partnered with Dr. Larry Burt at South Shore Dentistry to promote Giving Smiles, Changing Lives, an annual day of free dental care for people in the community. This event logo, proposed flyer and media outreach helped tell people about the event.

Golden West Camera Ads

Golden West wanted a series of print ads to highlight Flatirons Terrace, its newest independent living community. Pivot designed these ads to appeal to active seniors who want to live at a great Boulder location with a welcoming community and an affordable price.

Real Residents at Golden West

We developed these print ads to highlight the warm and engaging community at Golden West. Many senior living ads use models or stock photography; we wanted real people. Running  in local newspapers and magazines, each ad in the series tells the story of a individual or group of current residents.

Integrated Fire Solutions

Integrated Fire Solutions needed a new website to highlight its training services for firefighters. We gave their site a cleaner look, organized the content (which was often fairly technical and dense) to make the site easier to navigate, and set up a blog so the company’s founder could shine as an authority on firefighter safety.

Golden West – Branding

Golden West sought to distinguish itself in Boulder and promote its offerings with an updated look and feel. Implemented in phases, Pivot assisted with naming (Flatirons Terrace, The Towers and The Mezzanine) messaging, copy, design and public relations.

Experience Factor – Website

Experience Factor wanted a stylish, easy-to-update website. Pivot provided the architecture, copy and design. Pivot built and launched the site in an abbreviated time frame so the client could take advantage of a last-minute opportunity for a television interview.

Pedal to Properties receives a good deal of coverage for its unique approach to buying and selling homes. It helps that the company’s founder is an engaging speaker who does a good job telling the story behind his inspiration for showing neighborhoods by bike.

Nationwide Delivery Systems – Media Coverage

Nationwide offered an unusual service for a premium price. Pivot targeted media that would reach people moving cherished items long distances and collectors. Pivot secured features in Home and Style sections of newspapers, an Associated Press story and various pieces in antique and collectors publications.

Pivot worked with Volunteers of America to help introduce this new program. Involved from the start, Pivot assisted with naming, logo and collateral design, including brochures, posters and a website which had to be designed incorporating VOA standards and for a older audience.

With 40+ offices, Pharmacy Corporation of America sought to rally troops from around the country with a weekly newsletter to help build culture, spirit and consistency.

Krische – Logo and Collateral

Krische Construction needed to update its logo to reflect the company’s shift from building homes to undertaking larger commercial projects. Pivot developed a simple, bold design and incorporated it into all of the company’s print and online collateral.

PharMerica – The Script Newsletter

PharMerica is a national leader in long-term care pharmacy. This print newsletter was used to keep customers informed of health care tips and helpful reminders.

BI – Tri-Fold Mailer

BI targeted county correctional agencies, a new market for offender reentry programs. We assisted BI with a series of direct mail campaigns in key states, including Pennsylvania, Florida, and Texas. The pitch was straightforward and no-nonsense to match the intended audience.

BI – Magazine Campaign

BI, a cutting-edge provider of treatment, training and monitoring for the criminal justice system, wanted to reach out to potential customers through trade magazines. We created a simple campaign that featured matter-of-fact information about why jail overcrowding is an everyday problem and why BI can provide answers.
